We're Funded! And... First Stretch Goal Smashed!

Hi there, everyone!

Thanks so much for coming along with us on this campaign - we know the first installment has been a treasure for those who have received it thus far, and for those that haven't, yours is coming! We're so excited for Book 2!!

And so far... we're off to an amazing start! Y'all have blown past us not only funding the campaign, but obliterating the first stretch goal (almost to the second)! In just about 30 minutes, you guys helped us get here! Thank you so much!! <3

We've got a ton of great stretch goals lined up for this campaign, the first of which has been obtained at $25,000. This stretch goal ensures that each and every bookmark is printed on thicker, higher quality paper for that extra luxurious feel and durability. The perfect companion for a good book.

The second (and fast approaching) stretch goal we have set up at $50,000 is increased paper thickness inside the books! Pairing nicely with that thicker bookmark, the heavier paper stock will ensure these books stand the test of time - and multiple reads! Once hit that milestone, we'll get these beautiful books printed on higher-quality paper for that signature Wraithmarked look and feel!

Hey all! 'A Gathering of Shadows' will go live here on Kickstarter in about 15min, at 9am ET. Before it did, we wanted to address a concern regarding our non-US followers:

We are aware that most of you have not received your copies of 'A Darker Shade of Magic' yet! We are working on getting that corrected ASAP!

Our UK-based fulfillment partner has the books, and has assured us that shipping will start very soon for them! We were under the impression you guys would have them in hand by now, I'm so sorry. However, baring disaster, you will have them in hand long before the campaign ends, so you can get a feel of them before committing to 'Gathering' if you want it!

Please DON'T feel obligated to back Book 2 until you have Book 1 in hand! I'm so sorry that the delays have compiled to this extent, but we hope the quality and design of Book 1 when you get it is enough to have you coming back for 2 once you're holding it!
